Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next business day.
No shipping on weekends or public holidays.
High order volumes may add 1–2 extra days to processing.
We’ll email you if there’s a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping (SA): 3–5 business days.
Express Shipping (US): 1–2 business days via FedEx or UPS
International Shipping: 14–21 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Tracking will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Cloud Smokers Pty Ltd is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes on international orders.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at cloudsmokers@hotmail.com
Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Returns
